In general, I do not like mask-all class cosmetics, but this one actually manages to make a bit of sense being on each character (it’s halloween, so why wouldn’t they wear simple halloween masks?) and doesn’t look too unattractive. I don’t mind it too much.

Aside from that obvious joke, it looks pretty nice. It's easy to tell that this was well done. The only complaint I have, which isn't even really a complaint and more of a 'this might be a reason it might not be added', is that it's very similar to the Halloween masks (of course, that hasn't stopped Valve before. Just look at all the pirate hats for demo).
