@Mike: The roads themselves don't have parking spots on them, they're just nice and wide roads. They come with parking markers, which you then place if you want a parking spot. What you see in these screenshots is just the roads and some completely different markers, that don't allow for cars to park there. The trucks are just props for decoration.

I will make a layout with the parking lot roads and some instructions on how to place things to get it to look like in the screenshots.

Also the very last screenshot shows you how the buildings will look like without anything extra added and how they'll look if you place them normally in your city. I hope that helps. :)

I´m not sure how to understand the use of Parking Lot Roads with your Distribution Centers. Wouldn´t that lead to a lot of parked cars which are not trucks? (and I guess nobody wants other cars then trucks in front of the loading zones of the Distribution Centers).
