I tried to disable the markers but they remain active somehow on some characters...

Make the followers less of a pain to have, that's for sure

I used the console command to enable markers for Jenassa and J'zargo. It worked for a few minutes but now there is no map marker (I have the markers enabled in the quest log)

Hi, i really needed a mod like this. But non of the characters i need marked are in your list. Could you consider adding them? I just spent 3 hours looking for them... (the reason why i dont play skyrim often is because i spend to much time looking for missing characters and pets):

i installed the mod and checked the "assamble team" in POWERS, when i try to scroll down to my other powers, the Game crashes, so i uninstalled the mod and i still have the "assemble team" in my powers and game still crashes when i try to scroll there... any fix?

sooo... i installed the mod cause i lost lydia, i used the comand, the mission apeared, I selected the mission and there is no marker anywhere... any idea whats happening ? the mod doesnt work ? i killed lydia by telling her to stay outside in the wild for almost 2 days ? i need help she had all my stuff XD

Dang it, I got this mod so that I can find Ace, only I find that it works for only a few followers.

This mod is very usefull, but please add other followers, main housecarls the others towns

None for Freya? she the dragonborn dlc follower.

Is there anyway to "Complete" the quest and in turn disable a paticular followers map marker other than an uninstall/re-install? I want to disband one of my followers and replace them with someone else, and in turn get rid of her map marker as to not clutter my journel. If I have to use the command console, so be it, I am not against a little console play, if ya know what I mean.

I did reinstall from the Nexis site - not Steam and it NOW (the beacon at least) seems to working. In order to accomplish this, I went back six (6) saves and loaded an older save and did did what I had done before). The Riverwood Claw quest. Now it seems to be working however it appears I only have one beacon? Is that the way it was meant to work? (For all you other readers, you have to literally "steal" the beacon book and the beacon itself from the 2nd floor of Riverwoord traders without anyone seeing you.

From this point on, my follower now has my (one and only?) beacon. Are there more beacons available in case I get a horse and a new follower?

The beacon isnt limited to the followers list above, it can be used with any follower. The beacon is the 'strangely shaped thing' ;) in the riverwood trader, the moment you pick it up, it will activate the quest. The beacon is a 'misc' object. The fact you cannot find it is a little strange. The quest marker will always follow the beacon, if you cannot see the marker, then it is most likely in your inventory. If you cannot find it still, I would reccomend reinstalling, otherwise I have no clue. I haven't seen or heard of this issue. Let me know if you find it, if not ill try do some troubleshooting for you! :D

Hi Again, annihilatt0r. I hate to ask again, but why is this not working for me? I have several choices of followers (none are in your list, some are 3rd part mods). I found the book on Beacons on the 2md floor of the Riverwind trader's. Next to it was a strangely shaped thing that said "beacon" so I picked it and got a message that I had activated the Beacon part of the follower mod. So I went back down and talker to my follower again. I asked her to open her inventory (so I could add the beacon I Just picked up from upstairs). I made SURE that I have the miscellaneous quest clicked and also the Beacon follower quest marked on (with the diamond shape in the center). But I have no beacon in my inventory to give her? I tried giving her the book, that didn't work. I searched my entire inventory. No beacon. What am I doing wrong. Were is the beacon? Where can I find it once I have taken it ans - is there just one beacon? Where is it? How to I give what I cannot find to my follower? Help?

Well, all the mod is doing is running a quest and adding dialouge so not too high! I havent really had trouble ever with load order, nor do I know much about it. So I guess some playing around should work! Hope I have been of help :D

FOMOD is purely for activating it the mod through the Nexus Mod Manager (which I highly reccomend, it does everything for you). So you dont need to put that in. Just purely the BSA and ESP files from the FMM folder, and all DLC folders.

So if I have all three DLC, I put them all in the data folder. And the FOMOD? Same?

Put the base fmm bsa/esp in the data folder, then only put the DLC bsa's/esp's in the data folder ONLY if you have that DLC.

One more question please. Do I add all the follower map markers (from the 4 different folders) all in the data, or just the ones from the DLC? In other words, do all the bsa's and esp's from all four folders (not counting the beacon) go in the data folder?

Thanks, Annihilatt0r. That sounds fantastic. I like the idea you can use both versions because I do have some 3rd party followers, so for them I can use beacons. I'm going to install it right away! I'll let you know how it works for me. :)

I would have an idea for a further map mod!
how would it be if you had multiple sheets, which are displayed on the Different things. As for example on one where you have found which ore deposits. Has on another, where there are which flower and yet another where to find cases / chests / barrels are you ever found

i dont know why, but this doesnt work for me? for example cant i add lydia's marker by talking to her OR doing it in console commands, it does add it in the journal but doesnt show on the map? someone who also have this problem?

Can you make a Follower Map Marker - Dawnguard Edition please? I have Serana as my follower, and can't ask her to create a map marker.
