UPDATE: I figured out how to update the map file so THIS is the most current(and best) version.
-Improved outdoor ground texture
-Tweaked lighting
-Added details to path to Intel Room and Vents

Yea I think I may return the vents to a metal texture, I didn't want it to be too similar to the original, but the wood looked kinda off to me.

You should have kept the shafts with their metal texture. And also fix some of the textures that attach to one another ( like the last picture). Make like a seperate wooden pillar in between.
