awesome mod, I always thought stagger working all the time was a bit too over powered, 75% is fair I think, you can't count on impact saving your ass anymore :)

I agree, 50% is good.

I think the chance should even be at 50% instead of 75%. the 100% chance is just overpowered once you get free cast destruction spells you can pretty much kill anything that moves in a matter of seconds even at master difficulty.
