That's not from this mod. Sounds like the map to the debug character spawner from Reactive World. Which also spawns at Waystations.

If you can't use it, that generally means you already know all the locations it shows. Assuming the map isn't broken thanks to some game update.

Should be force spawned an any Waystation bar. If you have any mods that affect that merchant, it is not impossible they conflict, preventing the item from spawning.

For future reference though, just load Dark UI after any mod causing this to fix it. It's a load order conflict.

Oh right, I know what's doing that. I can remove it. It was only in there to assist with something I was working on at the time, and isn't needed anymore. I'll remove it tomorrow. :)

This mod will make some of DARK UI text turn into black or brown, making them near unreadable.

Not sure if it's just for me but if anyone have problem with DARK UI, then this might be the cause, otherwise thanks for the mod
