The VSA is the Vektan Security Agency, which is an intelligence agency that was founded during Killzone: Shadow Fall's Cold War between the Helghast and the Vektans. It's Vekta's version of the real-world CIA, kind of.
To conclude: The ISA is the human military you see in the main trilogy. The VSA is an intelligence agency administered by the Vektan government during the events of Killzone: Shadow Fall.
I don't know if there's diffrence in ISA and VSA but if there is then you know...
I don't know how to make custom models, and I've heard that it's a terribly grueling process that takes a long time, not to mention how long it'll take to learn. Most modders skip the models, and I'm no different - I'd rather focus on making new nations, rather than units.
