@Mr_Misterios, the hat has been added to the game already. You can get it by trading or uncrating it from the 2018 halloween crate.

Knowing the engine, that sounds valid. I'll see what I can do with the texture cause I would really like for it to happen.

The engine doesn't allow me to make it glow and paintable in certain areas at the same time, it would make everything paintable, if I made it glow, the yellow/orange piece of the hat would be paintable as well.

Love it. Gotta ask, was it intended to glow in the dark? Feels a bit lacking in game without self illumination.

They are just double faced planes... you make like a triangle, or a square plane (no thickness), copy and paste in the same spot and invert the faces, so its visible in both sides. And it uses a spring jigglebone on them, 100% of intensity on the outter edges, 60% on the middle, etc.

The Jigglebones works ingame, when you are playing. It doesn't show in previews and loadouts. Just taunt and you'll see it
