Also when combined with the Biowaste Pump the amount of Uber is increased to 25% and if the full set is being used you earn 35% more Uber and there is no speed penalty.

Possible Stats: When active the Outbreaker will reduce your speed by 10% but will have an increased damage bonus + Every kill you get with the Outbreaker will add 5% Uber on your medigun.In MvM the Outbreaker can be upgraded to have more Uber gained when getting a kill with it and to earn Uber by kill assists
