yeah it always works in a private lan server so you really have to test in mp servers

Isn't there some small guide for replacing the player zombie models? I'm pretty sure it's just a few stupid lines (those sequence lines) I'm missing. They work perfectly fine on my own listen server but the animations get destroyed on multiplayer servers

There's also a "roje_infected_declaresequence.qci" file which isn't being used in the QC file, it only refers to a ragdoll smd file so I don't think that's the issue?

Hmm... well I just used the Roje zombie QC files for my mod which also replaces Roje and it still doesn't work on multiplayer for some reason :/

Ohh, so the "decompiled" folders you sometimes include with your mods are the actual QC files you used to compile the zombie models?

certain characters have 2 or sometimes 1 certain sequence there all different

Do you maybe have the QC files you used to compile the zombie model? I just can't seem to get mine to work without having broken animations in multiplayer
