I should think the asset fails to load if you don't also download Green Pedestrian Street, as that is a network. I've downloaded all three of the required items. I like this park. Goes well with stately homes and palaces.

does anyone know if the building to the left and right of the center building is available and where? I am trying to duplicate the scene and can not find an acceptable substitute.
