I have been watching this effect for YEARS, wishing it would get added. Why the fuck isn't it in? As my profile suggests, the bat effects are my favorite, but this is the first effect that competes. Looks fucking brilliant, and I sincerely hope this makes it in at some point. Tolkien would be proud of you.

Pretty cool, but I just don't think it would fit with other cosmetics. I think something like the World Travelers Hat would be cool, since it would fit with one specific hat, Instead of something like a Demon's Eye Potassium Bonnett. It's still a cool idea, however.
