I heard Heimskr say that Talos was "both man and divine(god)." So I think that Talos was Jesus of Nazareth.

Jesus was in Skyrim! :D

The Moment of Midnight 9. nov. 2013 kl. 20:38
talos is not a god :3
Donut Lord 2. sep. 2013 kl. 11:51
Awesome mod. Admittedly its kinda unnecessary, but the old-school Morrowind feel is cool and it actually does come in handy (can save a bit of walking time from the gates of the city to the chapel)
dethbycreeper 18. aug. 2013 kl. 14:10
who cares its a game. shut up.
gavinfinch123 29. juli 2013 kl. 18:59
No no, I am the son of Akatosh, and I tell you, Talos is not a God.
Tutankhaten 28. juni 2013 kl. 18:52
Stop with the Talos debate. Just worship Sithis who created the Aedra and Daedra and the rest of Nirn. Next time you play Skyrim go to the DB sanctuary and in the room with the map there is a book called Sithis. Read the book and all will be clear.

guys lets all team up stormclocks and imperials and have a rebelion aganist the high elfs for skyrim and cydoil

Leeroy jenkins anybody?
tharp76 22. jan. 2013 kl. 22:37
The Thalmor oulawed Talos to cuase the rebelion to weaken the Empire. The book that said he wasn't a god was just Thalmor lies.
tharp76 22. jan. 2013 kl. 22:35
I subscribed to this mod like a month ago and I couldn't find any, Iooked in the data files and it said I didn't have it, so I came back here and it said I wasn't subscribed. WTF!
Gord0n 30. nov. 2012 kl. 6:49
This plus Mark&Recall Mod = who needs fast-travelling! It just feels way more immersive to me.

the only reason thoses "high" elves hate talos is they fear his power
business casual emo 4. juli 2012 kl. 8:11
Talos is part of the nine divine counsel. so he is a god but due to the fact that he was originaly man, the Aldemeri Dominion consider him to be unfit for godlyness...wow im a nerd :P
Simon Wake 25. juni 2012 kl. 1:26
Whether or not Talos is a God, he is/was a supernaturally empowered being, and his shrines still work to bestow a blessing. So, either he's a God, or his priests are using non-divine magic to make it appear that way (and, after all, the religion of the 8(+1) was a contrivance of St. Alessia's to begin with). Either way, the spell makes sense. Great work :)
Callum29 24. juni 2012 kl. 9:47
talos is not a god people he's a dragon person god weird guy thingy.
Uncle Badass 18. juni 2012 kl. 15:14

@eziokratos

This mod is on tesnexus now. It is called "handsx5 divine intervention". Enjoy!
Gear73 16. maj 2012 kl. 23:20
Awesome idea, but i think the mark and recall system may have the upper hand on this one. Although, one could use them in conjuncture.
Zulnut 14. maj 2012 kl. 18:57
Talos FTL lol troll

Thanks for this mod, it sounds good and I know one or two people who use it.
Breton Warrior 6. maj 2012 kl. 2:17
Divine Intervention, My thanks so nice to see Morrowind stuff in Skyrim, now if someone could get Mark and Recall to work the same way as it did in Morrowind I'd be a very happy Breton. (Yes I know there is one but I believe its based on Fast Travel so has restrictions which the Morrowind one did not)

@dredica
First: I did not misread anything you wrote, in fact, you seem to have misread what you wrote. Youre 90% in your first comment refers to how similar the names are, not to how certain you were the names are the same.

Second: If a spell from another game does not do the same thing, it is clearly not the same spell. Continueing to link the two will only serve to confuse those who are thinking of useing this mod, and are familiar with Fable:TLC, but not Morrowind. My commment was only to allay any confusion that may be caused by such comments. I'm pretty sure that the authors original reply to the TLC question would have been sufficient to do so, without further comment from either of us.
Dredica 29. apr. 2012 kl. 7:19
@Vrake Brae
Maybe you misread everything I wrote. First off I stated I was 90% sure that was the name of the spell. Second, I said "It is a spell from Fable: The Lost Chapters but in Fable it doesn't do the same thing."
Psyduck 1. apr. 2012 kl. 14:46
@ dredica
The spell in Fable TLC was called Divine Wrath, and this is clearly not the same spell (as the author has already stated). Morrowind had Divine Intervention, which took you to the nearest shrine of the Imperial Cult. There was also Almsivi Intervention, which took you to the nearest Tribunal Temple, but that obviously wouldn't be useful outside Morrowind.
Dredica 26. mar. 2012 kl. 20:51
@killermalin and Hands,
It is a spell from Fable: The Lost Chapters but in Fable it doesn't do the same thing. I saw this mod and at first thought it was a Fable spell too, because in Fable the spell Divine Intervention (I'm pretty sure that's the name, if not 90% the same) used two hands [like in the screenshot] to bring down blue pillars of pure energy that would crush opponents and the power came from the divines. So it was basically a spell to save your ass if there was too many opponents. So it's the same name spell...and looks the same, just from both games. So you're both right.
fadamsxii 26. mar. 2012 kl. 14:40
Please upload this to the Nexus. The Divine Intervention thats already there isn't very good. This is a spell and not a Daily Power like that one.
Maddened Rose 18. mar. 2012 kl. 20:00
I've added this to the Memories of Morrowind collection, check it out! http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/id/sightergoliant/myworkshopfiles/?appid=72850&section=collections

Boom1axe 18. mar. 2012 kl. 17:36
hmm make it work in cells? No thats to easy make it so you can't use whun in jail besides you think the divine would frown on crime.
