I've checked the files, https://imgur.com/a/edWQxw9 there are no shared textures between the security and the insurgents except for the helmet texture, and I didn't make any modifications for said texture.

These guys still appear in my game, must be something on your end, conflicting mods maybe?

@Snyder These textures also come with Insurgent textures. Randomly all the players from both sides turn invisible.

What do you mean "disappear"? Do they revert back to the original textures?

Check if you're playing on a server with sv_pure 2, they don't allow custom textures.
