Mods should be last on the list when you know you have other mods that edit the same stuff.
A body mod for example, is very likely to screw with another body mod.
Putting this one at the bottom prioritizes it, whilst disabling any conflicting features in your body mod, but your body mod might still do 'something' or it could do nothing, or it could crash your game and corrupt your save forever. Gambling is fun.

i keep hearing put it at the bottom of the list, Lots of mods say to do that exact same thing. once you get past 100 mods, it becomes impossible to have ALL of them at the bottom. so just move it down the list until it works, it takes time, but it works.

For those who's mod is not working, just try to put the mod last in the modlist on the launcher.

Thanks for this mod. Women can look good with muscles if it's done well, but these are all set to sliders that make them look like a Ark:SE creation of a coked up fiend, it becomes rather silly after you start grinding some skills, especially Armoursmithing and Weaponsmithing. Andre from Dark Souls 3 is fine, but Andre x5 is a bit much.

This mod also removes muscle definition of male characters.

The muscle definition is gone but there is still a physical bulk definition. The female characters have hands bigger than their heads, it looks ridiculous.
