the first issue is normal, the first joint of the thumb doesn't move on TF2 models either.
as for the other one, these issues are related to the original model, so I'm not the one who holds the answer there. Also, I answered about the outlines in the video.

A couple small problems with the model I've noticed:
- One of the joints in the hand does not move with the finger poser.
- Outines when grabbing Murasa indicate that she should be holding her ladle and have her anchor attached to her back, but they are not there and no bodygroups for those appear.
- The outline of her pants pockets are see-through.
