I feel like how HL2s story should have been that all of earth was wiped out except for city 17 where it is in full government control. right outside the borders of city 17 exists a vast empty landscape that only consists of rocks, and alien shit.

Let me give you some advice. The vest can be colored gray or black for better similarity. Any straps, belts and pouches can be colored olive, helmet-mask too.
