I downloaded this map thinking it was going to be an honest to goodness eldritch/cosmic horror inspired. I really enjoy that sort of thing, so I thought it was going to be a fun time. Wellit was, just in the way I thought.
Eldridge is a satire horror map that uses cliches from many maps found on the workshop. My thoughts of what I thought was going to be more cheap scares quickly turned into laughs by the end of the level. For that, I'm glad I played this.
