2023, and the map still has bugged items also is very short

The map is really cool and worth trying for everyone. It reminds me of the oldest maps and in fact i remember playing this map years ago in an older version.
I think this map could be on the standard level list that the developers include in the game but there is only one problem, and that is that some items are bugged.

I found some weapons in weird positions and two guns are imposible to take for some reason, even if you try taking them with your inventory empty (The Super X3 that appears in the hotel being hold by a corpse and the rifle that appears at the end of the alley where you have to take the hammer and the boards to build a stair)

I think those are minor issues that doesn't spoil the game experience but i think they should be fixed

How do i get down to the first floor.I got a floor beneath me but fire is blocking me,and i have no idea where else to go.
