Well, I imagine this game might continue to get security patches for years, although I'm not sure if they'll discover them if they don't work on the game in any other way. But it's good to hear you might update it, because those projects from CK2+ team are very exciting. I've followed CleanSlate's development in GitHub and they've fixed around a hundred game-changing bugs from vanilla, as well as organized the code to be more easy to read and mod

idk about the CK2+ rewrite but if its as simple to implement as this version and i don't have to download old versions of the game to run it and they don't break it with there own updates perpetually then yes

my hope is that with CK3 coming out CK2 will be EOL soon and all the mods will be able to be to catch up to one final version and maybe add a couple of new ones in like a week of near constant modding

this one is infuriating to update because i like to update all of my mods shortly after people complain about one of them being broken and that's like a few days or a week after a update and CK2+ is never updated by then usually its not even updated a couple of weeks after that

well shit i thought about updating it to 4.404 but all my other mods are already updated to 3.0 so i better just wait
