This thing makes no sense.

It just randomly fires in any direction, shells leaves sideways at times, and shoots into the groud, despite the barrel is pointed up. It trashes my vehicles.

Despite wherever it's pointing it blows up straight ahead of the gun. AP doesn't even seem to fire.

Keep in mind that this doesn't have infinite ammo, it'll run out eventually... but it's still a far better explosive projectile than any of the others.

The low ROF was meant to make the cannon less OP, and as you mentioned, you can bypass that by subscribe and use the nobouds mod, so yeah.

I quite like this mod, it seems like a more reliable version of the rocket launcher mods (And looks better)

Pretty useful in DM for destroying those nasty bombers
