Oh yeah, and it should be called "1469965289.vpk" somewhere in workshop folders

Still has different sounds. Really simple to fix if anyone needs help, I did it myself in about 1 minute:

-open with GCFScape
-extract it anywhere
-delete 'sound' folder
-repack, and then put it in the nmrih custom folder
