This building is gorgeous. Unfortunately I'm not using RICO, so the only way for me to put it into my town would be either growable (not with a 4x6 floorplan) or unique building.

Nice! Any way you can include the base buildings as well (as shown in the first diagram/pic of the 3 towers in the description)? Would be nice to put these between the towers :)
