Not a bad first attempt. Welcome to modding! Looking at the screenshots it appears you've left some parts of the character untextured.

Under Mesh Editor look at the polygon maps (In the layer menu) and see if any of them haven't had textures assigned to them. Try bending the arms back a tiny bit and bending the fingers to make a more appealing third person appearance.
