I dont even know how to feel about this skin. It shows effort where it's due, and the colors match a japanese police car correctly, but for some reason I just dont like the white throughout the entire skin. I feel there is just too much of it. Maybe add some more black to it? Also, you are using 0,0,0 black which is a sin in art as it is. Maybe change it to a 34,34,34?
