You can use the Vitamin Potion by placing it in the world and then selecting it and clicking the "Use" button in the lower left. The Vitamin Potion will only do something if you have a hearthling with exactly 1 in any attribute. Use the Strong Vitamin Potion if your hearthling has 2 in an attribute instead.

how do you use the potions the harthlings arnt using them by them self

so thats why the stats did not go up i only have heartlings with 2 or more in every stat and i was useing the wrong potion

I finished the mod with training equipment in it. It seems to work so far. There are two versions: Self Improvement and Self Improvement 6. One takes you from 3 to 12. The other only takes you from 3 to 6. So you can use whichever one you prefer.

The training equipment will be in a separate mod because some people might feel like it is cheating to have both the ability to boost stats from 1 to 3 and also to boost them from 3 to 6.

No. I am working on training equipment to improve attributes further, not potions. I have already figured out how to create a timer and a train command so the training equipment can function like a blue market stall that improves your attributes instead of calling a shop.

as for the limit, I did not set a limit. When I use the vitamin potions I usually craft about 10 of them and use them all at once.

basically once your hearthlings get to 3 none of the vitamin potions will work on them anymore.

The vitamin tonic will have no effect if there are no hearthlings with a 1 on mind, body, or spirit. Use the strong vitamin tonic to boost them from 2 to 3. When all your hearthlings are above 3 on every attribute none of the vitamin tonics will work anymore.

Is there a limit on how many you can use per day? It seems to me I can only use it once per day, otherwise there is no effect.

I have basically made a model for a bench press, punching bag, pushup mat, study desk, bookshelf, red bookshelf, meditation mat, chakra crystal, and pink chakra crystal to add in the next mod. I just need to add them and test them thoroughly then make the scripts work.

I'm already working on something to push stats further. First though I have to save the re-embarkment for my current save file so if I accidently rewrite my save while testing the mod I won't lose everything.

Would you consider adding a few advanced recipes to push stats up further? Using some of the advanced drops or complex multi-discipline recipes to prevent them from being too easy, of course.

the data list of your population is ordered differently than the citizen display that shows all your hearthlings to you when you are in the game so when you use the potion it feels random who drinks it.

You use it the same way as an energy potion or strength potion. Place it in the world and click on it, then click the use command near the undeploy and move commands. You can't select which hearthling will use it though. It is the first hearthling in the data list of your population who meets the requirements who will drink it.
