Hallo Jolly,

it looks great, but I can´t see anything outside, when I drive the tank.

Is it right, that I must activate "v" for outside camera to drive sthe tank?

Another random note: I believe light tanks are more known for speed, maneuverability and scoutability instead of survivability. For that, you might want to rename to medium tank. Maybe even heavy tank.

on server with weapon limitation yes , only 1 arty are allowed .

problem, I believe only one artillery turret can be placed on an HV at a time
