Hieronymus: Similarity doesn't mean a lack of originality. I don't believe you understand the meaning of the word. The Boston Boom-Bringer is a direct copy of a boombox, but you don't really seem to have a problem with that?

You must have expected that once one sound emitter was added, and a whole category was thus included, people would be brimming with good ideas like this?

I know it's supposed to play country music, but I'd like to see this thing play some smooth jazz. :P

Well to be fair in the favor of Orko here, there are plenty of items that could be considered copies of existing hats or weapons already ingame. The Big Chief and The Chieftan's Challenge for instance.

Its so cool it shud not be pending it shud be in the game by now.

While the design is well made and it is very nice, I'll say the same I said for the soldier boombox. After Valve accepted the boombringer, there came to be many more sound emitters. While this radio definitely fits the art style, much more so than other items, its lacks originality. I like the design, but I don't know if Valve will give much consideration in adding it to the game. also, its file size is quite large for an item so small, and if they don't explicity say it I know they put some consideration for that, developers want to keep small file sizes on their games.

Nice idea, I'd definetely trade my blueprints for it!
