hi, I dont know if youre still going to look at this addon of update it at all because it refuse to work correctly by the time Arc screwed the vanilla base up with relative motion

even when i switch between the modified AStw2 base and vanilla astw2 base
you can use your guns just fine, but whenever an npc does it, the same error below appear

seems like some of the extended option of this mod this screwed up the normal vanilla client setting and the NPCs (both combine and rebel) won't shoot

Installing this seems to somehow delete the Client settings of the original mod. This makes turning off relative camera impossible. Can you restore the original client settings menu?

whenever i use this the camera freaks out a lot. All the jittering nearly gives me a headache. Is there anything you recommend for rectifying this?

yo, I know astw2 is no longer supported, but there's a little bug that brokes the hipfire crosshair in the base astw2 options, there's a way to fix this?

When NPCs use bomblets they loop the explosions and I get this message.

I noticed the crosshair during sprint attacking disappears. Even after you stop sprinting, the hipfire on mainly shotgun's crosshairs vanish after a sprint assault. Im not sure why, since it only seems to affect guns with spread based firing.

@Dr.Bucket Unfortunately since the variables are global and all NPC weapons follow them, I can't make that happen. You can however make duplicates of an existing weapon and change their stats while keeping appearance by unpacking the ASTW2 addon and copying the code.

@BuilderTheBob ASTW2 weapons intentionally lack v_models and c_models, thus a "traditional" first person is impossible. However, ASTW2 has camera settings that allow you to have a pesudo-firstperson perspective by moving the camera to your head.

The ASTW2 Client menu should have what you want if the latter is your case.

@IDK007123 Assuming you refer to NPC weapon damage and player weapon damage, the guns are balanced around vanilla ASTW2.

If you wish to make players do more damage and the NPC do less, there are option sliders to manage those in ASTW2 and ASTW2E options.

You can make the remington model 1858 fire bullets with casings rather than lead balls with caps,but you can only make it use bullets like .38 long colt,and .38 long colt doesn't give very bad boo boos just like .22lr.

Like I said earlier, some concessions were made so that I can avoid adding a million new ammo types. If interest piques, I can add convar options for it.

Well,you can convert the new model army to fire cartridges,but you can only use rounds like .38 long colt,and .38 long colt is quite close to .22lr in terms of stopping power.

It techinically fires .38 or .44 powdered rounds, both of which ASTW2 doesn't have (and I do not plan on adding new ammo types). I feel .45 is closer to its actual power than .357 Magnum, hence the compromise.

v1.1.0 has dropped, and there should no longer be issues with speed multipliers.
