But you gotta learn to recognise that small things can be symptomatic of something larger and not to immediately get defensive when someone critises something you don't see a problem with. Saying "It's not that deep" kind of misses the entire point. The objectification of women is so normalised in society that it feels like something that's not even worth acknowledging. I agree with the previous comment- plus, attractiveness is pretty relative, right? She looked like Scout before, because she *is* Scout. Which is fine and also attractive to some people *shrug*

I'm all for making model edits, but saying that giving Femscout some love means making her prettier and more attractive kind of feels a bit... less than ideal. Kind of conforms to the idea that women are only worth something if they're attractive to men, and the way society pushes women away from self-acceptance with this continual messaging of "you're not good enough the way you are and you should fix it by changing yourself". You now, the sort that leads so many women to get plastic surgery, go on unhealthy diets, just kinda hate on their appearances in general yadda yadda yadda.

It could just be the wording and you meant you were making her more TF2 style, but that's not really how it reads. Instead it reminds me of a movie I saw one time where this teenage girl has low self esteem and then her dad thinks its a brilliant idea for an 18th birthday present to give her some plastic surgery to "fix" all the things he thinks is wrong with her so she won't have to feel insecure anymore

One thing though is her jaw might be a little weak? The original had a bit more strength, so possibly strengthen the new one.
And I don't really know how to explain it, but the front of her head looks a bit too forward. When you scaled the vertical of her head down, it looks like it squished out to compensate.
Overall, you've certainly made good progress on this. It fits the TF2 style much better, keep it up!

You might want to watch this video from Maxime Lebled explaining how to make phonemes on custom models.
I won't be able to make ones myself at the moment, but I'll make sure to include them into upcoming updates.

Is there anyway to do lip-syncing with this hwm head model? I was literally about to use this with my current project but immediately turned it down when I saw that the viseme and phoneme controls did not work with this head model.
