My problem was as Malfaction's but either cube disappears as I flip through a portal above the stack of flippers. Restart is required.

@DoctorWinchester yes I noticed that after uploading, this was my first map and I didn't know any other ways to make doors.

I was jumping thru a portal with the laser cube and upon exiting, the laser cube disappeared into nowhere and there was no way to respawn another one. I would have to restart map.
