I can tell you it's a POS. Every single person I've seen using it had a notable chug going on that went away/got better when they quit using it.

1. Tweak your game options to lower settings
2. Run with less add-ons. The more Lua-heavy add-ons you have, the worse it runs.
3. Run the 64-bit branch instead of 32-bit.
4. Enable multi-core through the autoexec.cfg file (the options menu function doesn't actually enable it)

The only one that pops out that I'm aware of is FPS Booster, which I know does anything but.

You have some kind of crap mod(s) installed. There's absolutely no way in hell this map causes those issues.

this map has a lag problem not a great map for building
