I've updated the mod and removed a few custom models. It should fix the loading issues.

To start a game you press the "DECK" button in the middle of the table and after it has prepared itself you can then press the "DEAL" button next to it.

Both. The table host had just downloaded it, same problems. I downloaded it then tried it, same thing. Then two other people who already had it previously tried it, same issues.

Doesn't work anymore. Gems fall through the table, the deck doesn't appear. Dealing doesn't work.
