There is no real sentence construction in latin, as long as the grammar is correct.
it could been Potestas Pecunia Est, and be just as correct.

But considered it should be translate to english for the majority of people i used the english Sentence construction to simplify translations.

so i tried out a couple mods and some i hate the fact that they add one single useless building and it makes it incompatible, for example the lord of the rings mod adds 1 building that i think all it does is remove devastation and it ruins it. but otherwise in the core game it is pretty fun

it most likely will be incompatible. the way you add building is horrible as you need to mod two core files

I am however researching for an alternative which will make no incompability issues and still have the flexibility as regular.

Another solution would be to make a mod bridge between the two mods..
