Try using audacity to change the bit rate. I believe that is how i did it. It's been years since i made these but i believe that is how i done it.

I already have november rain in wav but no matter what I do it stays at 1411kbps, if you answer me I would really appreciate it.

Yea i dont know why its doing that my mp3 is full lenth tho. I just checked it. I have no clue why its doing that other then maybe its longer then the one it replaces and the game code only allows for a certain time for the song. Just a thought other then that i have no idea why its doing that i have noticed it my self when i use it. So if the game code for that song says its 3 minutes long and the song you replace it with is 5 minutes it may only play the first 3 minutes but as i said its only a guess and i have no idea why its doing that. If someone knows how to fix it please share so i can fix it, if it is fixable.
