I see that they use vanilla chock blocks. OK I will do that then. :)
wolfgar7474  [ophavsmand] 4. okt. 2019 kl. 10:50
You might look at some cart example pics. There shouldn't be anything wrong with these wheels
Sillls 4. okt. 2019 kl. 7:56
This looks really cool but when I tested it the wheels would not move. I also didn't find any chock blocks for the wheels.
I recommend that you add them because the ones in game are a little big for the wheels.

ops, didn't read those earlier comments about the ramming head block. But I think that editing the script of the caltrop spikes mod to do damage to blocks instead of people could work.
SourceStick 12. juni 2019 kl. 12:44
hey, can you add a script to the ramming block (forgot the name) that makes it able to destroy wooden blocks with enough speed. Also if possible make it open big gates from hitting it few times.

wolfgar7474  [ophavsmand] 7. jan. 2019 kl. 23:18
Update- Thanks to the report from arielwyndwalker I was able to find and fix the error message and issue. Should all work fine now.
arielwyndwalker 7. jan. 2019 kl. 22:16
I think I am done trying to get into the game until Keen answers. I have crashed three times in less than an hour. The third time, it took all the mods, I made it into the game and boom it crashed as I tried to walk. No clue what is going on.
wolfgar7474  [ophavsmand] 7. jan. 2019 kl. 22:13

oh my, did you happen to see what was wrong?
arielwyndwalker 7. jan. 2019 kl. 22:00
Another one on the list.
XCanG 26. okt. 2018 kl. 14:56
Good, thanks.
wolfgar7474  [ophavsmand] 26. okt. 2018 kl. 14:40
No sorry i should try and add player damage if hit by the spikes.
XCanG 26. okt. 2018 kl. 14:32
Does model with spikes make damage? It probably possible with current mod API.
Destruction 21. okt. 2018 kl. 9:14
Huh. I just used weights for a medieval tank and it worked fine. Whatevs, this sounds good anyway.
Emperor Q 16. okt. 2018 kl. 13:06
Thanks for fixing that so quickly.
wolfgar7474  [ophavsmand] 15. okt. 2018 kl. 13:02
Update-Added the new model attachment definitions, should now be able to craft. Redid wheelcrafting station for more a mounted look. Thanks for the report Emperor Q.
Emperor Q 15. okt. 2018 kl. 10:04
Hey, I've been having some trouble crafting the wheels in survival, I presume that they are ment to be made in the Wheel Crafting Station, but I can't select it. I had a similar problem on your royal forge mod, but reloading isn't working for the Wheel Crafting Station.
RAAV 14. sep. 2018 kl. 13:03
Ok, my language skills are shamefull when I want to say something smart :steamsalty:

Anyway, your mods are very good piece of work :)
wolfgar7474  [ophavsmand] 14. sep. 2018 kl. 10:24
Sorry misunderstood what you said. Main problem i had with it is every once in awhile it would get stuck. Im not sure how big of a cart you are making but if it is large and weighted down full of things bad things are gonna happen anyway. I only tested carts the size of the images you see above and they move easily even when loaded and you can get a fair amount of goods for one person to push.
RAAV 14. sep. 2018 kl. 10:08
and about battering ram, I think its only depends of force - catapults throw projectiles, which are small blocks
RAAV 14. sep. 2018 kl. 10:04
heh, I only used other words to describe problem in more details, but that you said in Known Bugs section at all :)
Rope breaking mostly when we cross the hill edge, or we run with cart making high force to it, so we should start pulling it carefully, and mostly on crouch - the biggest problem is when we trying roll cart from top of hill... once we let it drive too fast its doomed ^^
wolfgar7474  [ophavsmand] 14. sep. 2018 kl. 9:44
ya sorry not sure what to do about this. It seems the carts parts work better for making functional carts and much easier to push around. But like you said occasionally it gets stuck and you have to bump cart from side to get it unstuck. I have never had any luck pulling any cart rope always breaks or cart does stupid stuff.
RAAV 14. sep. 2018 kl. 9:34
I have the same cart bug, and I think its system whats prevent exploits like a "pushing cart while standing on it" - that seems only reasonable for me. The problem arrives when we wants pull cart on hill, and technically: when character psyhical body "touch cart being on top of it" by accident and it makes wrong calculation to system - its turning off colission affection till we "reset" system by "back away" and push cart again.
We can avoid it happens by pushing cart from rear, or using rope.
wolfgar7474  [ophavsmand] 13. juli 2018 kl. 12:19
Thanks the Ram head does not work. Some reason I can not get small blocks to do damage to big blocks. When I find a way I will apply it.
MorshuArtsInc 13. juli 2018 kl. 11:52
Great! Now I can properly build my Hussite war wagons!
Spock The Builder 12. juli 2018 kl. 6:48
We need a wind-up "motor" and a steering bar/wheel for a cart so you can wind it up and have it roll on its own like a car. Not very efficient, but it is using technology they had at the time. Hell, even the romans had steam powered spinning toys, so maybe even a very simple steam engine. They didn't make it back then, but they had all the tools and ideas avcailable.
wolfgar7474  [ophavsmand] 7. juli 2018 kl. 17:02
Haha. Nice Idea! Damaging accessories. See you would of made the mod awesome ;) I thought my ram would do damage if a group of people ram it on a cart into a gate but apparently that doesnt work.
STORI3D PAST Productions 7. juli 2018 kl. 16:56
The spikes you put on the wheels made me think of using my caltrops like that. I can picture it being like some Road Warrior cart with these spinning razors. Get too close to it & you get sliced & diced :)
wolfgar7474  [ophavsmand] 7. juli 2018 kl. 16:41
Hehe ;) Thanks Stori3D! Well maybe I should of said something then. You would of made some great Carts Im sure.
STORI3D PAST Productions 7. juli 2018 kl. 16:23
Hey wolf this is really well-designed & well-thought. It’s a very cool idea to have an actual cart-crafting station that can make custom carts. Only thing that bugs me is I wish I had thought of it first! :-D Nice job
wolfgar7474  [ophavsmand] 7. juli 2018 kl. 7:57
I am working on making Ram Head do damage. I have been testing different ways to make it work. Right now they dont seem to do any damge even if I increase the weight.
wolfgar7474  [ophavsmand] 7. juli 2018 kl. 6:10
Im sure if you put it on a rope Support and pulled it back with rope end it would do damage. I made it Iron material. I will see if i can make one and make a video. Would probably help sell this mode a bit. I have plans for Sculpting more Ram Heads.
Bastelork 7. juli 2018 kl. 6:04
Is this a working ram-head? Can I finally build a working battering ram with this?
