I know this is an abandoned comment section, but I just wanted to let you know that through an addon that downloads random maps to gmod for you, I found the v3 version of this map on some random reupload account, and it caught me off guard when it happened because that was the last thing I was expecting

That's ok. If you will re-add it, consider tweaking the pathways around fences as nZombies get stuck on it a lot. Just remove the pathways from underneath them, if you want.
