Still works, this has made the game what it should of been for me.
Huge battles and I now have to actually think when i invade rather then just snowballing. Even with max armies and navies I still had to use strategy when fighting the only faction left. Use this with 40 unit armies and Ai cheats 2.0 for an amazing time.

Hi Wulfgang, sorry to hear that mod doesn't work, but maybe you can try my other mod. AI Cheat 2.0, https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1685242488 . It'll make the AI create armies by simply giving them a -55% discount on units and upkeep on Very Hard. Hard difficulty its about -20% and Legendary is a Cheat for both AI and Player, allowing a -99% discount on units and upkeep and a +20 unit recruitment per region. Neither mod affects the AI diplomacy though, these tables are not in the mods but that those tables are in many other mods so if you have multiple mods, check them to rule out that passive AI thing. Again, sorry man. This is about the best I can I do, hope it works.

Has this mod actually been successful for anyone? I desperately want this mod to work out, but so far it's been incredibly lame. The AI is worse than EVER, ultra passive (even though you say you don't affect aggressiveness, perhaps whatever affects aggressiveness somehow correlates to the tables you change, thereby meaning that perhaps you indirectly DO affect aggressiveness). The AI will declare war and then call for peace. Call for peace when you show up at their door, because of course they're too indecisive to follow through. The stacks won't go to 20, so you'll have little 13 unit, or even ONE unit, AI armies wander in to your province and not even attack, or attack but be easily defeated. Maybe late game your mod actually works well, but if you easily create a huge empire due to crap AI caused by this mod, then it just isn't worth it.

Not saying you are to blame, just shedding light on my experience.

I’m assuming you’re referring to my mod, More AI Armies in your intro. For the record, my mod most certainly does do what it claims without giving the AI any bonuses. It just doesn’t do so to the degree that yours does. I’m not mad, but let’s not bash our fellow modders, eh? We’re all trying to make the game better. Great mod, none the less though.

Unclutch; I wish I could, but to do something like one would have to do scripting I believe and I'm not much of a coder. I use the pfm "packfilemanager", its an extremely simple and useful tool for those wanting to make changes to Total War Game files. Give it a go and you'll be able to make edits to any mod file out there.

The cheat mod is uploaded. If anyone wants, I can change it so that it contains AI cheats only. Right now it has a few changes extra, but nothing too big. It mimics my campaign exactly, so now you too can experience my campaign just like in the pictures.
