Several private assets which seem to be all the lounging stuff on the roof. Overall it's like a few potted plants that aren't going to show up at the expense of the loading screen reminding you those things are missing.

A good asset but a good reminder not to lean on too many secondary ones to complete it.

@ X-cited: That is not all that is missing, as it also uses 3 further assets that are listed as private in the workshop - "HVACR#2" "PM bush #02" and "PM cypress 01" so those do not show up either :/

I agree with what the other people said. I was going to sub to your asset, but the list of requirements is way too long. Other people manage excellent assets without all the bloat.

Try to use assets that people will already be subscribed to, such as Ronyx's packs. He has a pack of rooftop assets, for example. A lot of folks, myself included, are going to avoid your stuff because of the huge asset list.

@Sentinel @Streeto you are not required to subscribe to all props. Functionality and overall appearance will not be affected.

Outstanding! I really like seeing "generic" USA buildings and I can only imagine how hard these are to do. Making something unique and interesting that at the same time really blends into the "urban fabric." Kudos!
