Hm, strange as appearance usually doesn't add any objects to the enemies.

In the EnemyType selection there is no option for “PrisonRiot”

Riot Helmets can be easily obtained by just setting the Enemy Type to PrisonRiot then Appearance to CustomAppearance*whatever one you're using*.
