can you perhaps look at incorporating Species Diversity and Minor Phenotype Specific Traits
next time you make a Compatch ? because i'm having a real difficult time getting then to cooperate with any other trait mods.

I gotta admit I have not touched Stellaris fir a whilen because I am not pleased with Paradox's handling of 2.2 post-launch. I will go back to modding soon though, but make a new patch rather than updating this one ;)

With Svafa's+PD new patch, Vitesse updating his files, and Gwen saying his mod is already updated and published as "GAPS: Gwen's Additional Play Styles", I think every dependency is now v2.2 compatible. GAPS also includes civics, so I'm not sure if you would like to include it still.

Yes. You still have to subscribe to the compatch, you'll see mentions of habitability for PD planets but it'll be harmless for you :)

My mod has all the trait files from the six mods I compatch. So if you are not subscribed to one, you'll still have the mod's traits, but without localisations! I don't know how to make it even more modular, as I'm really a noob in modding :x

@All : I'm updating my mod to make it compatible again with Gwen's latest additions!

@Skeletor - You could in principle make them compatible by running a diff & merge tool, such as this one (made for Stellaris):

But it can get very time consuming if you have lots of mods (like me), so for now I just run this:

https://github.com/ThibautSF/ParadoxosModManager

to check for file conflicts (not every conflict is harmful anyways).

AFAIK Additional Traits is not compatible with Xenology, as both change vanilla files (the rest have their own).

@RS.Plerion yeah I'm aware of that, but sadly my modding knowledges are only limited to text editing atm, so there's nothing I can do I fear...

So, sadly Gwen's traits mod is very extensive in its descriptions, and requires a dependency that changes "customize_species_editors.gui". Since you have Gwen's traits mod as a dependency, this implies that your compatch mod also conflicts with any mod editing that window (like the popular culture, civics and ethics mods).

Yeah, every trait mod has its one file, Gwen's even has one file per trait added. So as I wrote, this patch is just here to prevent silly trait combinations !

Thanks a lot! I am assuming all of these dependencies are more or less compatible? I know for example that Xenology and Just More Traits somehow are not (according to JMT author), even if both don't touch vanilla files.

Does Xeno Biodiversity even add traits? It’s a portrait mod.
