Why does someone upload a mod that requires one to find out what the heck QQ even is. I am not going to join a group that needs an app + account in order to obtain files to make a mod work. If you upload mods, upload them in working order or with 2 seperate download on the workshop that you need to sub both. Mods needing external files just to work are just wrong and I dont think one is allowed to do such a thing on Steam Workshop. Can someone please link the files somewhere that does not require to get an account and app?

Paid Mods are against the Steam Workshop's TOS, I will be reporting any authors of paid Workshop Mods to Steam directly.
As this mod requires payment via website in order to work (Identifiable by the "QQ Code" in the description of such mods) it is therefore against the Terms of Service and can result in a Community Ban which will prevent you from future Workshop Uploads and possibly further repercussion. To the Mod Author; I highly suggest you take this mod and any others like it that require a payment, If you do not want your Steam Account to be restricted.

I downloaded this mod and it doesn't work, as soon as loading finished it kicks back to loading and it keeps repeating that.
