Old mod, I know, but - stupid question. So this allows you to turn the ability of settlers to found cities on and off, right? Like a switch? If that's correct, where do I find that in the interface? Because I'm definitely failing at locating it.

Could you possibly make a mod that disables the ability for AI ONLY!!! to found cities past the medieval era? I am sick to death of AI spamming shit cities

Needs further testing to make sure that it does not affect saved games when the mod is turned off. Reports on this would be much appreciated!
