you should possibly add southern Scandinavia and northern Africa,then include Sweeden and Morroco/The ottomans as either minor or medium civs.

My bad. I changed it. You're right the country is "The Netherlands". Dutch is the nationality.

Dutch isn't a nation, it's called "The Netherlands".
Just to explain: Dutch is a culture, just like Catalan is a culture in the east of Spain.
