There is a room between red spawn and shotgun. Maybe the flag in shotgun can go there instead, since it links to the bottom passage that connects facility as well, creating a nice choke.
There is also a building that doesn't have a path to it. Maybe place the point on platform over there.
Not sure whether these are great ideas.
Gameplay-wise, the map is heavily favored in Eagle due to the map layout and flag placement. Eagle can capture two flags just a few meters away from their initial spawn while Raven doesn't try to capture the bottom flag (in the green-lit room) which is a dead end.
Raven just books it to Eagle's initial spawn because it is the only route they can take. To get to the other two flags, Raven has to go through Eagle's initial spawn.
Sorry for the long explanation. Just telling what I think about the map in a gameplay stance.
