I think this is why Julius gets a free policy for each loading.
I think it should be:
player:SetNumFreePolicies(1)
player:SetNumFreePolicies(0)
player:SetHasPolicy(policyID, true)
I do have a question, however. When I play as this civilization, I noticed that my options for puppeting cities to not be available. It may be another mod I have installed, which I'll have to look into, but does this civ not allow for me to puppet cities?
An example of this was when I was playing as Caesar and chose to declare war on and subsequently invade a smaller city-state. I won the battle and gained the city, but found that my option to puppet the city-state was not an option. I just had plain control over it. Is this part of the mod or is there something else?
