You probably need original minecraft textures, just go to your minecraft folder, find your minecraft textures and paste them to materials folder.

After adding those textures, the ones I was missing got fixed, it also seems that you may need some other minecraft maps for textrues if anyone else gets problems with missing textures

If I understood your comment correctly, paste the minecraft textures you currently have into GarrysMod\garrysmod\materials folder
