No idea what a milk bar is, but this asset looks great as an inner-city convenience store in my American city.

i'd take just L1, it's not ritzy enough to be L2 or L3. great model for L1 though

@pdelmo its approx 1.7 mb per asset, which is lower than many growables on the workshop, how would you reccomend lowering further?
