Wait, you are a part of the Moddatabase mod, and you don't have Survival crafting recipes for this mod?

There's not a single mod out for just WASD converters to make it easier on people who aren't ready to try and DIY their own solution. You'd be a real hero for my friends who are trying to make planes with the Wings mod and a number of other things by giving this mod some survival recipes, perhaps a sensor and logic gate like what exists in Raft Mechanic, and just make mention in your description to say you don't need it.

@almostanormalperson try connecting it to a controller, and have the controller connect to the bearing, and make it turn 27 degrees(the default steering angle) thats what i do

are you ever gona make it so that it can conect to bearings to do the same effect as d and a with a seat

explenation of what i mean

when seats connects to bearings they can turn and then go back to original form im looking for a mod hat dose that and so far i havent been able to find one

No. You can add it as a dependency so that the game will automatically download it when your mod is active, but you do not have permission to redistribute it yourself.

i've looking for a special mod for 1 year. Can you create or explain, why it is impossible to do a blueprint spawner? i mean an interactive part that some logic input can be connected, choose a blueprint and spawn it by pressing a button or other logic input. Something similar already exists in Vincling's Beta tools, but there you only can choose one blueprint, put its blueprint.json into the Data folder and spawn in game only by presing E on the block, any other inputs are not available

It has always worked in surivival mode, there just aren't any recipes.

You can add any workshop mod to a save file by dragging it to the creative saves directory and selecting mods in the creative menu ingame.

Yeah the solution the community came up with is just overwriting files again. There's no good tool that combines all files and there's also no standard the modders have started using for game file mods. I'm working on a tool that does merge everything properly but it's still far from done.

Ah ok right, totally forgot about that, i haven't played in some time and assumed this would have been implemented since then. I'm honestly a bit surprised that the community hasn't found a good way around the vanilla limitation here, but oh well.

Yes, but there's no official mod support so there's currently no good way to add recipes for survival mode. I'm also going to rework the mod a bit to make it more balanced for survival mode when the devs (or I) add proper mod support.

It already works for survival, you just have to move the save file into the creative mode saves folder. Then you can add the mod and grab the parts from the /unlimited inventory.

Controllers require the part to always be active. The power value then changes the direction of the controller. This behaviour is slightly different compared to normal, as normally the part is only active when a key is pressed. When both a controller and a logic gate are connected, the behaviour is set to normal and the controller might not behave as you expect.
