Noobl_y, first step is right-click on the ''hearts of iron 4'' in your library, then click at ''properties'', go to ''betas'' and now you can choose the older version of ''hoi4''

Whew, really? If you want to update it, and re-do it in the process im okay with it, as long as you keep me with the development, and include me as a co-creator of the mod! I'm actually kinda hyped for it as an TF2 fan. I'll dm you for the stuff you asked.
